EV Battery Cold Plates
EV battery pack cold plates with dual FSW and brazing processes, IATF 16949 certified
Battery Pack Cold Plates — Failure Is Not an Option
EV battery thermal management directly impacts safety and range. Cold plates must withstand 1.5MPa+ pressure and survive hundreds of thermal cycles without cracking. Space inside the battery pack is at a premium — the cold plate must be thin yet dissipate heat effectively. These two requirements are inherently contradictory — it takes process expertise to balance them.
Two Welding Processes — Choose as Needed
FSW suits thick plates and large sizes, with high weld strength and low deformation; brazing suits complex channel and thin-plate structures, welding fins and base plates into a single piece. Bisite has mature production lines for both processes and recommends the best fit based on customer requirements — we will not push one just because it is the only equipment we have.
Automotive-Grade Requirements
IATF 16949 certification is not bought — it is earned by following the process. PPAP documents, control plans, FMEA, SPC — we have been doing these automotive requirements for 3 years, every required record in place. From A-sample to SOP, we accompany customers through the entire journey.
