Harmonic reducer flexsplines and circular splines — tooth profile accuracy and batch consistency are non-negotiable. 5-axis single-setup machining eliminates re-clamping errors. Batch CpK consistently above 1.67.
/02Data Center Cooling
GPU power draw breaks a kilowatt — liquid cooling is now mandatory. Cold plate channels grow denser, and zero-leak welds are the baseline. Every plate helium-tested after FSW. 8,000 units per month, no excuses.

Battery pack cold plates and motor controller heat sinks — airtightness and flatness, both required. Under IATF 16949: PPAP, 8D, full-process traceability — nothing can be skipped.
Semiconductor
Wafer transfer guide rail straightness within 5μm, chamber flange vacuum seal surfaces zero-defect. From 6061 aluminum to PEEK — all machinable, with particle contamination under control.

Titanium orthopedic parts at Ra0.2, surgical instrument mating precision to a few microns, PEEK endoscope micro-feature machining. Materials are expensive — tool paths must be right the first time.
