ESS Cold Plates: Large Format, High Pressure

Commercial energy storage cabinet battery modules are much larger than automotive — cold plates can reach 1500x800mm. At this size, FSW welding stability is critical — if the weld wanders, the entire plate leaks. Bisite uses auto-tracking weld heads that correct deviation in real-time, keeping weld position accuracy within 0.1mm.

Reliability Validation

Energy storage systems are installed for 10+ years — cold plates must withstand long-term thermal cycling and pressure. Every plate we make passes 2.0MPa pressure testing (far exceeding operating pressure), thermal cycling per customer requirements up to 500+ cycles, and salt spray testing for coastal applications. Test equipment is in-house — no waiting for outsourced lab scheduling.

Flexible Delivery

We handle both small-batch prototyping and large-volume production. During project development, we support rapid iteration — modify channel design, adjust welding parameters, deliver new samples in 3 days. In volume production, monthly capacity scales to 5,000+ units.
