5-Axis Precision Structural Parts
Aerospace-grade aluminum and titanium structural parts, 5-face machining in a single setup, eliminating re-clamping errors
Why 5-Axis?
Traditional 3-axis machining of complex parts requires multiple re-clampings, each introducing error. We use Makino 5-axis equipment to complete all 5 faces in a single setup, holding position tolerance within ±0.002mm. For aerospace parts, one less re-clamp means one less opportunity for error.
What We Can Do
Complex curved housings, deep-cavity thin-wall frames, multi-angle inclined holes — jobs that are difficult on 3-axis become straightforward on 5-axis. We machine 7075 aluminum, TC4 titanium, 17-4PH stainless steel, and PEEK daily — the parameters are dialed in.
Minimum wall thickness of 0.3mm is not lab data — it is production data.
How We Guarantee Precision
Two CMM machines, full-dimension first article inspection per batch, sampling in production. Finished parts go directly from machine to CMM without intermediate handling, avoiding temperature variation and impact damage. All inspection data is archived and available on request.
Typical Applications
Semiconductor equipment chambers, avionics brackets, optical instrument rotary tables, radar antenna mounts — all jobs with tight tolerances, complex structures, and zero margin for error.
