Medical Devices Are Different
Surgical instruments, implant components — when these parts fail, rework is not an option. 316LVM stainless steel, Ti6Al4V ELI titanium, and PEEK are biocompatible materials with very different machining parameters from standard materials. Push conventional parameters and you either burn through tools or miss surface specs.
What We Can Do
Orthopedic implant accessories, surgical instrument joint components, endoscope structural parts, diagnostic equipment precision drive components. Minimum internal bore down to Ø0.5mm, surface roughness Ra0.2 — passivation, electropolishing, and PVD coating all have mature process routes.
