Bisite Signs Annual Framework Agreement with Leading Robotics Company

From Prototyping to Framework Agreement — 14 Months
Last March, when the customer first sent drawings, we knew this project would not be simple — robotic joint module precision requirements are extreme. Harmonic reducer flexspline tooth profile accuracy demands ±2μm, with batch stability requiring CPK >= 1.67.
We produced three prototype batches of 50 pieces each. First batch yield 87%, second 95%, third stabilized above 98%. The customer conducted full PPAP validation including dimensions, geometric tolerances, surface roughness, and material properties.
Framework Agreement Scope
The signed annual framework agreement covers three major series:
- J-200 Series: Light-load joint core parts, monthly demand 2,000 units
- J-400 Series: Medium-load joint housings and support rings, monthly demand 1,200 units
- J-800 Series: Heavy-load joint precision structural parts, monthly demand 600 units
What Bisite Did Right
The customer said: "You are the only supplier from prototyping to production that never changed the point of contact." Simple words, backed by the confidence of full in-house process — raw material to finished part with no outsourcing, one team following the entire process, no cross-factory finger-pointing when issues arise.
The robotics industry delivery pace is fast, and iteration is rapid. We are already discussing next-generation joint module process plans with the customer. Bring drawings — we can make it.
